
LGV STUDIO TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Introduction
Welcome to LGV Studio, operated by Let’s Get Visual Ltd (“LGV”, “we”, or “us”). LGV Studio is a UK-registered online platform that connects creative professionals in photography and videography (“Experts”) with clients seeking their services. We also offer certain creative services directly through our digital storefront. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all use of the LGV Studio website and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use LGV Studio.
LGV’s Role: LGV Studio functions solely as a digital platform facilitating introductions and connections between Experts and clients. LGV is not a party to any contracts or agreements made directly between users. Aside from our own fixed-price service offerings described below, LGV does not provide or guarantee any of the creative services listed by independent Experts. We do not supervise or control interactions off the Platform, and we do not mediate disputes between users. The Platform enables Experts to promote their services and allows clients to find and directly engage those Experts at their own discretion and risk.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

LGV Studio / Platform: The online service and website operated by Let’s Get Visual Ltd through which Experts can create public profiles and clients can discover and contact Experts. This includes any subdomains, mobile versions, and related services, as well as LGV’s own digital storefront (e.g., Wix store) for fixed-price services.

Let’s Get Visual Ltd (“LGV” or “Company”): The owner and operator of LGV Studio, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

Expert: A creative professional (such as a photographer or videographer) who has registered on the Platform, had their profile verified by LGV, and maintains an active subscription to showcase their services. Experts are independent contractors or businesses, not employees or agents of LGV.

Client: Any user of the Platform who is seeking to hire or engage an Expert for creative services, or who purchases services/products from LGV’s own storefront. This term may include individuals, businesses, or other organizations (“you” may refer to a Client or Expert depending on context).

Visitor: Any person who browses the Platform publicly without registering an account.

Expert Profile: The public listing page on the Platform created by an Expert, which may include the Expert’s name, credentials, portfolio samples, service offerings, pricing or rates, contact information, and other details.

Subscription: The monthly paid plan that an Expert must maintain to have an active, visible Expert Profile on the Platform. An “Expert Subscriber” refers to an Expert who is current on their subscription fees.

Expert Services: The photography, videography, or related creative services offered and provided by an independent Expert to a Client. These services are not provided by LGV itself (LGV only facilitates the introduction).

LGV Services / Digital Products: Creative services or digital goods offered directly by LGV through its website or online store (for example, fixed-price graphic design packages, video editing services, design templates, or other digital content sold by LGV). When a Client purchases an LGV Service, LGV is the service provider responsible for delivery.

User Content: Any content that users (Experts or Clients) post, upload, or submit on the Platform, including profile information, portfolio images, descriptions, reviews, messages, etc.

Terms (or Agreement): This Terms of Service document, which forms a binding legal agreement between you and LGV when you use the Platform.
(Other capitalized terms may be defined elsewhere in these Terms.)
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
Account Registration: To fully use the Platform (for example, to create an Expert profile or contact an Expert), you must create a user account and agree to these Terms. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You must choose a secure password and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use the services offered on LGV Studio. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement. LGV Studio is not directed to minors, and no user under 18 may register or use the Platform.
Authority: If you register on behalf of a business or other entity as an Expert or Client, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” will refer to both you as an individual and the entity.
One Account Per Person/Entity: Each user (individual or entity) may maintain only one account of each type (e.g., one Expert account per Expert individual or business). Accounts are non-transferable – you may not sell, rent, or transfer your account to another person. Sharing login credentials is not permitted.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at our contact address below if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or a security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Eligibility and Conduct: By using the Platform, you further represent and warrant that: (a) you have not been prohibited by law from using the type of services provided on our Platform; (b) you are not a competitor of LGV or using our Platform for purposes of monitoring performance or functionality for competitive advantage; and (c) you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Platform.
4. Expert Profiles and Verification
Expert Onboarding: To become an “Expert” on LGV Studio, you must create an Expert Profile and submit it for verification. LGV requires that Experts provide certain information and materials during the signup/verification process to ensure quality and authenticity. This may include, for example:

Professional credentials or certifications in photography, videography, or related fields (if applicable).

Portfolio samples or work examples demonstrating your creative skills.

References, client testimonials, or a summary of past experience/projects.

Valid contact information (e.g. email, phone) and identity verification documents or business details to confirm your identity and location.
Verification Process: LGV (the Platform owner) will review the materials you submit and may perform checks to verify your experience or identity. This process is intended to maintain a high standard of quality on the Platform. LGV reserves the right to approve or reject any Expert application at our sole discretion. We may refuse verification or revoke verified status for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient credentials, concerns about quality of work, or any information that cannot be substantiated. You agree to provide truthful, accurate information during verification; any misrepresentation or fraudulent credentials are grounds for immediate removal from the Platform.
Public Expert Profile: Once approved, an Expert will have a public profile visible to Platform visitors and Clients. You consent to the display of the information you provide in your profile (except sensitive personal data not meant for public view). You may update your profile information, but certain changes (such as adding new services or significant credentials claims) may be subject to re-verification at LGV’s discretion. All content in your profile must adhere to the Content Guidelines in Section 8 below.
No Endorsement: Verification by LGV indicates that an Expert has provided the requested information and meets our baseline criteria; however, verification is not an endorsement or guarantee by LGV of an Expert’s skills, quality of work, or suitability for a Client’s needs. Clients are advised to review Expert profiles carefully and perform their own due diligence before hiring. Experts acknowledge that their verified status can be revoked if any provided information is discovered to be false, misleading, or if their performance or conduct on the Platform violates these Terms.
Ongoing Requirements: Experts must maintain an active subscription (see Section 5) and comply with these Terms and our quality standards to keep their profile live. LGV may periodically request updated information or additional proof of continued expertise (for example, if certifications need renewal or if complaints arise) to ensure the Platform remains trustworthy and up-to-date.
5. Expert Subscription Fees and Payment Terms
Subscription Requirement: Listing as an Expert on LGV Studio requires an active paid subscription. Upon approval of your Expert Profile, you must choose a subscription plan (monthly, unless otherwise offered) and pay the required subscription fee to activate and maintain your profile’s visibility on the Platform.
Payment and Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly cycle (every 1 month from the date of initial subscription activation), unless stated otherwise. By subscribing, you authorize LGV or our payment processor to charge your provided payment method the applicable subscription fee each month until you cancel. All fees are stated in GBP (£) unless the Platform specifies another currency at checkout, and include any applicable taxes unless stated. If VAT or similar tax applies, it will be added as required by law for UK or EU customers.
Auto-Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions will automatically renew each month. You may cancel your Expert subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us in writing. If you cancel, you will continue to have your profile active until the end of your current paid-up period, after which it will be deactivated. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for mid-period cancellations except where required by law. For example, if you cancel halfway through a month, your profile remains visible until the end of that month, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining days of the subscription period.
Failed Payments: It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is accurate and up-to-date. If a monthly subscription charge is declined or cannot be processed, we will attempt to notify you and retry billing. If payment remains outstanding, LGV may suspend or deactivate your Expert Profile until payment is received. Repeated payment failures may result in termination of your Expert account.
Changes in Fees: LGV may adjust subscription fees or introduce new subscription tiers in the future. Any fee change will be communicated to you in advance (for example, by email or notice on the Platform) and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period. If you do not agree to a fee increase, you may cancel your subscription before the new rate takes effect. Continuing to use the Expert subscription after the fee change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
No Commissions on Projects (Currently): At this time, LGV does not take any commission or percentage fee from the projects, jobs, or sales that Experts may secure via the Platform. The only fee Experts pay to LGV is the flat subscription fee for their profile. Any payments for services that an Expert and Client agree upon are handled directly between those parties (outside the Platform), and LGV does not charge a transaction fee or commission on those payments.
Future Commission Model: LGV reserves the right to implement a commission-based revenue model or other fees for transactions in the future. For example, we may choose to facilitate payments through the Platform and take a percentage commission per project, or charge a listing fee, etc., as part of Platform changes. Should we decide to introduce any commission or additional fees, we will provide clear advance notice to all Experts (and Clients if applicable) outlining the proposed changes. You will have the opportunity to review and accept the new terms and fee structure. If you do not agree to the introduction of a commission or new fee model, you may terminate your Expert subscription before the changes take effect, in accordance with the cancellation terms above. We will not retroactively impose commissions on projects agreed before the effective date of such changes.
6. Platform Usage and Acceptable Conduct
All users (Experts, Clients, and Visitors) agree to use LGV Studio in a lawful and respectful manner. You must adhere to the following rules and guidelines when accessing or using the Platform:

Compliance with Laws: You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations while using the Platform. You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in furtherance of illegal activities.

Truthful Information: You agree not to post or provide any information that is false, misleading, or fraudulent. This includes not misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, experience, or the services you offer. Clients should also provide accurate project information and not mislead Experts.

Prohibited Content: You will not post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, abusive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable or in violation of any law or rights of others. This includes content that is discriminatory (e.g., based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or other protected characteristics) or that promotes violence or illegal activity.

Intellectual Property Rights: You must only upload or share content (including photos, videos, portfolio materials, logos, etc.) that you have the right to use. Do not post content that infringes or violates someone else’s copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights. If you are an Expert, ensure you have permission to showcase any client work or collaborative projects in your portfolio.

No Spam or Abuse: You will not use the Platform to transmit unsolicited advertising, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation not relevant to the Platform’s purpose. Additionally, you will not data-mine or harvest information about other users for any unauthorized purpose.

Site Integrity: You will not introduce viruses, malware, Trojan horses, or any other harmful or disruptive software to the Platform. You agree not to attempt to hack, overwhelm, disable, or impair the normal functioning of the Platform. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, our systems, or to interfere with the Platform’s operations is strictly prohibited.

Fair Use and No Exploitation: You will not use the Platform in a manner that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure. You will not attempt to bypass or circumvent any security features or access controls of the Platform. Also, you will not use the Platform to compete with LGV or to systematically collect data (for example, using bots or scrapers) without our written permission.

Personal Data and Privacy of Others: If you obtain personal information about other users through the Platform (for example, an Expert receiving a Client’s email or phone, or vice versa), you must treat that information in accordance with all data protection laws and only use it for the purpose of engaging in the service or project at hand. Any misuse of other users’ personal data (such as adding them to marketing lists without consent) is strictly prohibited.
LGV reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action for any suspected violations of the above rules. Such action may include removing or editing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and/or reporting you to law enforcement authorities if laws are violated.
7. Expert–Client Engagement and Communications
Direct Communication: LGV Studio encourages direct communication between Clients and Experts. Once a Client identifies an Expert they are interested in (or vice versa), they are free to connect through whatever channels they prefer. Experts may provide contact details (email, phone, professional website, social media, etc.) on their profiles or during initial Platform messaging, to facilitate further discussion off the Platform. Clients and Experts can negotiate project details, pricing, and timelines through direct communication without requiring LGV’s involvement.
No Platform Mediation: As a neutral venue, LGV is not involved in the actual communications or agreements between Clients and Experts. We do not actively monitor messages or conversations (except as needed for trust & safety or support purposes, such as investigating a reported issue), and we do not moderate the terms of any engagement you arrange. You acknowledge that any interactions that occur outside of our Platform (for example, via email, phone, video call, or in person) are beyond our control and are solely your responsibility.
Independent Contracts: Any contract, agreement, or understanding for services is strictly between the Client and the Expert. This means that Clients and Experts are responsible for negotiating all the terms of their project or service engagement , such as scope of work, deliverables, deadlines, payment amount and method, intellectual property ownership of deliverables, confidentiality, etc. LGV is not a party to and has no liability under any agreements reached between users. We do not dictate contract terms or provide standard agreements (though we encourage both parties to be clear and detailed in their mutual agreements).
Payment and Deliverables: LGV does not process or guarantee payments between Clients and Experts for independent projects. Clients will pay Experts directly through whatever payment method both parties agree to (for example, bank transfer, PayPal, cash, etc.). LGV does not mediate, escrow, or hold funds on behalf of any user for these transactions, and we have no responsibility to enforce payment or delivery of services. Clients should only make payments they are comfortable with, and Experts should only commence work once they are satisfied with the payment arrangements (e.g., splitting payments into milestones, deposits, etc., as appropriate). Both parties should exercise due diligence and caution in these dealings.
No Guarantees of Outcome: Because all arrangements are made directly between Clients and Experts, LGV cannot guarantee the quality, outcome, legality, or any aspect of the services provided by an Expert, nor can we guarantee that a Client will fulfill their payment or other obligations. Users acknowledge that any project risk resides with the contracting parties (Expert and Client). While we strive to list qualified Experts, LGV makes no warranty that an Expert’s service will meet a Client’s expectations or requirements (see also our Disclaimer of Warranties in Section 11).
Disputes Between Users: If a dispute or disagreement arises between a Client and an Expert (for example, about the quality of work, deliverables, delays, payment issues, etc.), it is the responsibility of those parties to resolve it. LGV does not provide dispute resolution services and will not arbitrate or mediate disputes. We strongly encourage users to communicate openly and resolve issues in good faith. In the event you cannot reach an amicable resolution, you may pursue any remedies available to you under the contract you formed or under applicable law, but you acknowledge that LGV has no obligation to get involved. In rare cases, if a user’s behavior violates these Terms or legal obligations (e.g., fraud, harassment), you may report it to us and we may take appropriate action on the user’s account, but this does not include resolving the underlying dispute on your behalf.
Records and Documentation: We recommend that Clients and Experts document their agreements in writing (for instance, via email summary or a signed contract) to avoid misunderstandings. Keep records of communications, scope agreements, and payment receipts. LGV is not liable for any loss of data or communications that occur off our Platform.
Release of Claims: Because LGV is not involved in user-to-user dealings, you agree that you release LGV (and our officers, directors, employees, and agents) from any and all claims, demands, and damages of every kind and nature, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute you have with another user.This includes disputes concerning the performance, quality, payment, or outcome of any Expert Services. (This release does not waive any rights you have against the other party to the dispute; it simply means you cannot seek to hold LGV responsible for the other party’s actions or omissions.)
8. Content Guidelines and LGV’s Editorial Rights
User Content Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for any content they post or provide on the Platform. This includes Expert profile information, portfolio images/videos, service descriptions, and any other material (including communications in any community forums or reviews, if those exist on the Platform). By posting content, you affirm that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to post such content, and (b) the content is truthful (for factual claims like experience or credentials) and not misleading. You must not post any content that violates the rights of third parties or these Terms (see Acceptable Conduct in Section 6).
Quality Standards: LGV strives to maintain a high-quality Platform. As such, we may require that content (especially Expert listings) meet certain quality and presentation standards. For example, we expect clear descriptions of services, use of professional language, examples of work that reflect actual skills, and overall a level of professionalism appropriate for potential clients. Content that is extremely low-quality, hard to understand, or irrelevant to the creative services context may be subject to correction or removal.
Prohibited Content: Without limiting the general rules in Section 6, some specific examples of content that are not permitted on Expert profiles or anywhere on the Platform include:

Plagiarized content (e.g., copying another professional’s profile or portfolio as your own).

Unauthorized use of someone else’s images or videos. (Experts should only upload portfolio pieces they created or have permission to share.)

Any confidential information belonging to a third party (e.g., sharing client data or project details that you are not authorized to make public).
-
Advertising or outbound links unrelated to your creative services (for instance, an Expert profile should not be used as a generic ad for unrelated products or to drive traffic to an unrelated website).

Content that violates privacy rights (such as personal data of someone else without consent).
-
Claims that you guarantee specific results that are unverifiable or unrealistic (e.g., “I guarantee your video will go viral”).
-
Any content that falls under hate speech, or which harasses or targets an individual or group.
Editorial Control: LGV reserves the right (but is not obligated) to review, edit, reject, or remove any user content or listings at our sole discretion. This means we may take down or modify Expert Profiles or other postings that we deem to violate these Terms, that infringe any law or regulation, that infringe third-party rights, or that fail to meet our quality or ethical standards. We may also choose to hide or remove content that we believe is inaccurate or misrepresentative (for example, if an Expert claims a qualification we find to be false). In most cases, we will attempt to notify the user and allow them to modify the content or provide clarification, but we reserve the right to act immediately and without notice if necessary (especially for serious violations or legal issues).
Request for Modifications: In some cases, rather than removing a listing, LGV may contact the Expert to request edits or improvements to their profile content. For example, if a portfolio image is low-resolution or a description contains grammatical errors, we might suggest corrections to uphold the Platform’s professionalism. Failure to comply with such requests, if they are tied to quality or compliance, may result in temporary hiding of the profile or eventual removal.
No Discrimination or Offensive Content: LGV maintains a respectful community. Any content in profiles or postings that expresses or implies bias or discrimination (e.g., “I only work with clients of X race/religion” or derogatory language) is forbidden. Similarly, Experts should not state any illegal or unethical conditions in their offerings. LGV may remove or edit such content immediately.
Geographic Priority & Representation: The Platform is open to Experts globally, but we give geographic priority to UK-based professionals for location-dependent services. This means that in search results or listings for services that require in-person presence (like an on-site photoshoot), UK-based Experts may be highlighted or filtered by default for UK Clients. However, non-UK Experts are welcome to offer remote or digital services (and even travel for projects if agreed with Clients). Experts should accurately list their primary location and the regions or cities where they can provide in-person services. Misrepresenting your location is a violation of these Terms. LGV may adjust how profiles are displayed based on location to ensure Clients can easily find local talent for in-person needs.
Feedback and Ratings (if applicable): (Note: If LGV Studio allows clients to leave reviews or ratings for experts, those provisions would be described here. If not currently in use, this section may be omitted.) Users must follow any guidelines for providing feedback. LGV reserves the right to remove feedback that is proven to be false, abusive, or unrelated to the actual service provided.
License to Use Your Content: By submitting or posting content on the Platform, you grant LGV a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify (for formatting or clarity), publicly display, and distribute your content as needed to operate and promote the Platform. For example, we may display your Expert profile content on our site for Clients to see, feature your work samples in our marketing materials or social media to showcase the talent on our Platform, or use excerpts in search engine marketing. We will not, however, claim ownership of your content; you retain all ownership rights to the content you create. This license ends when you remove your content from the Platform, except to the extent we have already used it in promotional materials that are still in circulation, or where it may persist in backup copies.
Reporting Inappropriate Content: If you believe any content on the Platform violates these Terms or your rights (such as someone using your copyrighted material without permission), please notify LGV at the contact information in Section 18. We will investigate and take action as necessary in accordance with applicable laws (including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) process for copyright infringements, if relevant).
9. LGV’s Services and Digital Products (Wix Store Offerings)
In addition to serving as a marketplace for independent Experts, LGV Studio also offers certain creative services and digital products directly to clients via our online store (powered by Wix or similar e-commerce platform). This section describes how those LGV Services work and the terms that apply when you purchase them:
Description of LGV Services: LGV’s own offerings may include fixed-price packages or on-demand services in areas such as graphic design, branding, video content creation/editing, and other digital creative work. These services are provided either by LGV’s in-house team or by our affiliated creatives under LGV’s management. Examples might include: logo design packages, social media video creation, pre-designed templates or presets, or other consulting and design services. The details of each offering (scope of work, deliverables, price, timeframe, etc.) will be described on the product page in our store.
Order Process: To purchase an LGV Service, the Client will typically select the desired service on the Platform’s store, add it to their cart, and complete payment through our online checkout. Payment for LGV Services is handled through LGV’s payment processing (which may be via the Wix platform or another payment gateway). By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes or fees for that service. Prices are usually quoted in GBP (£) or another indicated currency, and any VAT (if applicable) will be clearly indicated.
Direct Contract with LGV: When you purchase an LGV Service, your contract for that service is directly with Let’s Get Visual Ltd (not with an independent Expert). LGV is responsible for delivering or fulfilling the service as described. We will contact you (using the email or info you provide at purchase) to gather any additional information needed to fulfill the service (for instance, design requirements, brand details, preferences, etc.). You agree to cooperate and provide timely feedback or information to enable us to complete the service.
Delivery of Services: LGV will deliver the purchased service within the timeframe indicated on the service description (or as otherwise agreed with you after purchase). Delivery might be in the form of digital files, reports, or other outcomes emailed or made available for download to you. We will make reasonable efforts to meet any estimated timelines, but please note that creative services can be iterative. If delays occur (for example, due to additional revisions or delayed inputs from you), we will communicate with you promptly.
Revision Policy: Many of our fixed-price service offerings will include a certain number of revisions or iterations (e.g., logo design may include 2 rounds of revisions). The specifics will be stated on the service page. If you require revisions beyond what was offered, we may accommodate at our discretion or discuss an additional fee. It’s our goal to ensure you are satisfied within the scope of what’s offered.
Satisfaction and Refunds: We strive to deliver high-quality results. If you are not satisfied with the delivered LGV Service, please notify us and we will work in good faith to address your concerns, provided they are within the scope of the original service description. Refunds for LGV Services are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy (if we have a separate refund or return policy, it will be referenced here). Generally, if a service has been substantially delivered as described, refunds may not be available except as required by law. However, if we fail to deliver the service or it’s materially not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy (such as a fix, a re-delivery, or a partial/full refund) in line with consumer protection laws and our policies.
Consumer Rights (Cancellation): If you are an individual consumer (not a business) located in the UK or another country with similar distance selling regulations, you may have the right to cancel certain service contracts within a 14-day “cooling-off” period after purchase. However, note: if the service you purchased is scheduled to begin immediately or is a digital download available immediately, by purchasing you may be expressly consenting to waive this cancellation right to allow immediate provision of the service or content. We will inform you during checkout if the service falls under such an exception. If you are eligible for cancellation and wish to exercise this right, you must inform us within 14 days of order (and before the service is delivered). We will then provide instructions for cancellation and any applicable refund, in accordance with the law.
Geographic Availability: Our LGV Services offered through the store are primarily targeted at clients in Europe (including the UK) and North America. This is because our content and team are geared towards these markets’ needs. That said, unless explicitly stated, our services can be purchased by clients globally (bearing in mind potential time zone coordination for consultations, language of communication is English, etc.). If a particular service is unavailable to your region, it will be noted in the listing. All services are delivered digitally/remotely, so physical location is generally not a barrier, except where a service is explicitly tied to a location.
LGV Service Warranties: For any service you purchase directly from LGV, we assure that we will perform it with reasonable care and skill, consistent with industry standards. However, except as expressly provided, LGV makes no guarantee of specific outcomes from our services (for example, we cannot guarantee that a video we create will achieve a certain number of views, or that a design will lead to increased sales for you – those are dependent on many factors beyond our control). Our liability for LGV Services is limited as described in Section 12 (Limitation of Liability), subject to your statutory rights.
Intellectual Property in Deliverables: By default, for custom creative work (like a logo design or video produced for you), LGV intends for you as the client to be able to fully use the final deliverables. Upon full payment, and unless otherwise specified in the service description, LGV will transfer or license to you the relevant intellectual property rights in the final deliverable so that you can use it for its intended purpose. For example, if we design a logo for you, you will have the rights to use that logo in your business. Note that LGV might use certain pre-existing components, templates, or third-party materials in our work – to the extent those are included, we will ensure you have the appropriate license to use them or we’ll let you know of any restrictions. LGV also reserves the right to display the work (with your company/name redacted if you request) in our portfolio or marketing materials as an example of our services, unless you specifically object in writing (for instance, due to confidentiality).
Relationship to Expert Marketplace: The LGV Services we provide directly are separate from the independent Expert listings. Purchasing a service from LGV does not involve any independent Expert (unless we subcontract or collaborate, but if so, that remains our responsibility). Conversely, hiring an independent Expert through the Platform does not create any contract between you and LGV for those services. Please be clear whether you are engaging LGV directly or an independent Expert for your needs, and note that different sections of these Terms apply in each scenario.
